Sonya Pierrelus Sonya Pierrelus President & Chief Executive Officer

Determined to build an organization focused on customer service while keeping a consistent bottom line, Sonya started DSSP Consulting in 2007. She is recognized and respected as a motivator, leader, change agent, and proponent of empowerment and accountability. Her leadership has enabled DSSP to consistently grow its sales by over 100% over the last few years. Sonya holds a BS in Finance from Hampton University and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA).

Sonya is a seasoned accountant and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in government contracting specializing in financial management, audit compliance and readiness, OMB Circular A-123, performance audits, all with a proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. As the president of DSSP she has been able to overcome complex business challenges and make high-stakes decisions within fast-paced, high-pressure environments using experience-backed judgment, innovation, strong work ethic, humor, and irreproachable integrity.

With the steady growth DSSP has experienced within its finance/accounting service offerings, Kevin is determined to use the same principles responsible for this success and apply it to the Information Technology (IT) services business. Kevin earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University and holds multiple industry certifications of which includes the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) and CompTIA Network+. Kevin has over 15 years of experience in government contracting, specializing in network architecture, sustainment and deployment. He has designed infrastructure solutions that have helped improve his client’s network reliability, scalability and convergence.

Kevin has extensive, direct hands-on technical and managerial experience in the integration of strategic goals and infrastructure engineering used to address client needs. He has experience managing skilled professionals and mentoring junior engineers. With agencies changing facilities and technologies rapidly, he works extremely well under pressure and is very organized in his ability to track, manage, define and design large network infrastructure and modifications. Kevin is self-sufficient, while effectively interfacing with team members to determine the most appropriate method for completing multiple, varying, and complex assignments. His strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail have given him the ability to thrive in complex situations.
